This is a fresh-type salad that makes an excellent picnic side dish. If you don’t have broccolini in your local stores or farmer’s markets, use a crown of full-sized broccoli.

Makes 6 Servings

Cooking + Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Kosher salt & ground pepper, as desired

1 pound of trimmed broccolini or broccoli

3 tbsp. of oil, olive

2 tbsp. of lemon juice, fresh

1 tsp. of lemon zest, fresh

2 tbsp. of drained, chopped capers

2 tbsp. of mustard, honey
